A PRACTICAL PATH TO BUSINESS FUNDING

Start with the job.
Move forward with clarity.

FileFwd Financial helps home-service business owners check estimated options, prepare a complete file, and evaluate written terms with no pressure to proceed.

01

Check your options

Start with the amount, job purpose, deposits, time in business and current payments. The seven-step tool takes about three minutes and does not pull credit.

  • See educational estimates before sharing contact details.
  • Use your best estimate when exact figures are not at hand.
  • The tool does not ask for bank credentials or sensitive documents.
02

Send the basics when you are ready

If you want FileFwd to review real offers, send a complete, authorized file. Most reviews begin with three to four months of business bank statements, a driver’s license, a voided check, and an equipment quote when equipment is involved.

  • FileFwd can submit a complete, authorized file the same day.
  • A provider can ask for additional documents based on the file.
  • No provider receives information until you authorize the next step.
03

Compare and decide

Funding providers make their own decisions and set final terms. If offers are available, compare the money received, full payback, payment frequency and obligations before deciding whether any offer makes sense.

  • Compare the funds received, total cost, and payment schedule.
  • Ask about liens, guarantees, early payoff, and default provisions.
  • You are never pressured to accept an offer.
WHAT TO HAVE READY

Prepare once. Compare with clarity.

Have your last 3–4 months of business bank statements, a driver’s license, and a voided business check ready. For equipment financing, have the quote or invoice ready too. We explain the documents a provider needs before anything is submitted.

How offers are compared

Compare the amount received, payment amount and frequency, total cost, fees, collateral, guarantees and written terms—not just a monthly number.

What it costs you

We never charge upfront or application fees, and we're paid only if your financing closes. Depending on the provider, we're paid a commission by the funding provider (which can be included in your pricing), a success fee that you agree to in writing before we submit your file, calculated as a percentage of the amount actually funded and paid from the funding at closing, or both. Before you sign closing documents, we show you, in dollars, what we'll be paid and what you'll actually receive.

Any borrower-paid success-fee percentage is agreed in writing before we submit your file. Before closing signatures, we show the exact dollar amount of our compensation and your net proceeds.

What we never ask you to do

Pay an upfront or application fee, or sign anything you have not had explained. We never submit your file without your OK. You decide whether an offer works for your business.
