1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FileFwd Financial LLC handles information collected through this website and in connection with a commercial financing inquiry. FileFwd Financial LLC is a commercial financing brokerage, not a lender.

This website provides educational information and a way to request a business funding review through the Check my options application form. Sending the form is not a financing offer, approval, commitment or authorization to obtain a credit report or submit your information to a funding provider.

2. Information we collect

The Check my options form collects business legal name, owner name, mobile phone, email, trade, city, state, average monthly deposits, time in business and the amount requested. You may also provide product interest, a short purpose description, estimated personal credit and existing daily or weekly payment obligations. We record your optional text-consent choice and the exact consent text shown, the source page, campaign source and campaign name when present, and a server submission timestamp.

You can use the anonymous funding qualifier without providing contact details. Answers and progress remain in browser sessionStorage during the browser-tab session. If you request a review, unambiguous choices may prefill the application form and the original ranges appear for reference. You must enter actual dollar amounts; the application does not submit the calculator's raw answers or estimate snapshot. Completing the qualifier alone does not save a lead with FileFwd Financial LLC.

Website hosting and security tools process technical information, including IP address and connection details, to operate the site and limit abuse. Application rate limiting stores a keyed hash of the IP address in short-lived counters, not the raw IP address in the lead record.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers, payment-card numbers, passwords, account credentials, government-identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry, questionnaire, and consent information to respond to you, understand the business purpose you describe, provide the services you request, maintain our records, protect the website, and comply with applicable law.

Questionnaire results are educational. They do not determine whether you qualify for financing, whether a provider will approve a transaction, or the terms of any transaction.

4. When we share information

We share your information with a financing provider only after you authorize us to do so. Your authorization will describe the purpose of the sharing and the information involved. An inquiry by itself does not authorize a credit pull, a formal application, or provider sharing.

Submitted application details are saved in our website database and sent to our private Airtable lead inbox for processing by FileFwd Financial LLC’s CRM. A limited summary is emailed to our processing team through our configured email service. These are operational service providers, not funding-provider submissions. We also use hosting, security and support providers to operate the website.

5. Browser storage and optional analytics

The qualifier uses sessionStorage for answers and answer progress, including the handoff to the contact form. Session storage is generally limited to the current browser-tab session. You can clear website storage through your browser settings; doing so may remove your saved answers.

When optional analytics tools are configured, we ask you to accept or decline before loading them or sending optional analytics events. These tools may collect browser, device, page-use and connection information, as well as interactions such as qualifier steps, result bands, products shown, inquiry submissions and phone-link clicks. Declining does not prevent you from using the qualifier or requesting help.

We store your analytics choice in localStorage so the website can remember it. Optional analytics tools may also use cookies or similar technologies after you accept. You can manage cookies and website storage through your browser settings.

We retain only bounded campaign source and campaign name in sessionStorage so attribution can follow navigation to a form. Contact details entered in the application remain in page memory until you submit; they are not stored in analytics events or page URLs.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information in our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business records, resolve questions, and meet legal obligations.

7. Your privacy choices

To request access to or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, email processing@filefwd.com. We may need to verify your request before responding. You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or by contacting us at the same address.

8. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to ask about access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information. FileFwd Financial LLC reviews privacy requests through processing@filefwd.com and will respond as required by applicable law.
