FileFwd Financial LLC may help you understand financing structures and, after you authorize us, connect you with a financing provider. We do not make underwriting decisions, approve financing, or set provider terms.

A financing provider determines whether to offer financing and the terms of any transaction, including eligibility, pricing, fees, collateral, guarantees, payment obligations, and other requirements. The provider's written transaction documents control the transaction.

4. Your submissions and communications

You may submit information only if it is accurate and you are authorized to provide it. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your contact information current.

Submitting Check my options allows FileFwd Financial LLC to review the information provided and respond about your business funding request by phone or email. Automated texts require the separate optional text consent. Submission does not authorize a credit pull, funding-provider sharing, a financing agreement or a formal provider application.

5. Acceptable use

Use this website only for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access systems or data without authorization, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or business, provide false information, collect data from the website without permission, or violate another person's rights.
